She was noted as daughter of Samuel Openshaw and Isabella Wood , but their dates would not allow her to be their daughter.
Also noted as marrying Edmund Sherlock in about 1854 and a daughter being born in about 1856.
No record of any such marriage and at the age of about 44 unlikley to give birth to another daughter.

1861 Census gives age of 26. This is too old to be a son of Samuel and Susannah and believe that teh age was 20 and a badly written census form.
