A corrected Birth Certificate was issued on 19 Sep 1947 correcting the name to Hugh Edward. The correction has never been made to the original book entry. Son has a copy of the corrected Birth Record. Born in WI, moved to St. Paul, MN as a young man and relocated to Cedar Rapids, IA in 1924. Relocated at retirement (1965) from Cedar Rapids, IA to North Miami Beach, FL, then to Madeira Beach, FL in 1968, and then to Largo, FL in 1977.
